I've lost the password for my license and when i try to submit for recovery either from outlook or on the site it tells me that there is a problem with my email. any suggestions would be very helpful thank you alek

yes thank you thankful i did do that, i'm not a complete time waster, but when i try to send any form of contact to eset my emails are rejected, so the faq option is not working
