lost partition ,what program could i use?

    runned from bart's cd or from the hard disk ?

    Boot CD. You can't really run it from HD once you have wiped the partitions. What are you missing there wrt the outdated claim?

    testdisk is available in the gparted bootcd. When gparted boots up your computer, just go to the terminal and type in testdisk.

    but how could i make 2 intersected volumes ?
    i mean how 2 partitions could occupy part of the same aread of the hard disk ?

    Well, partitions occupy whatever you tell them to occupy in MBR or GUID partition table. Overlapping partitions/volumes are mostly a result of

    - using broken partitioning tools
    - failed expand/shrink operation

    Can also be PEBKAC (some low-level fdisk tools will allow you to do this if you really insist and tell them to ignore the warnings.)

    Depends on OS. Normally the native ones (Linux, BSD, Vista/7/2008/2008 R2). If there is nothing usable (like, XP) then Easeus Partition Master lately.

    The best tools I know are :
    Active@partition Recovery. Really powerfull
    Atota Partition Find And Mount (free version with low data rate).

    A@PR can restore a partition, PFM can help you copy files from the vanished partition to a safer location.
