Hello this is my first post.

I am looking for a vpn service that works on a mobile phone

Can tor and xerobank be used with a mobile phone
    for instance

    Can anyone recommend one

Can anyone recommend a mobile phone that is good to use with vpn

if a keylogger is already on your pc does it make using a vpn irrelevant

Xerobank is working on a VPN for Iphone, but I don't think it is ready yet. As far as I know, if you have a keylogger it logs your keystrokes and sends them out just like any other internet connection through your VPN.

Reinstall your OS, install everything (your programs) just the way you want it, and then add Returnil. Tell Returnil to "wipe all disk changes at start-up", and choose "enable returnil at start-up"....and you will not have to worry about keyloggers.

I have done this. Any VPN that gives you an IP address (i.e. a paid VPN as opposed to a free one like hotspotshield) can be used with a mobile phone that supports VPNs (which is most smartphones that can access the internet). You just type in the IP and do the other settings. It's not the same for every phone.
