    i have some really crappy list2004.com thing i need help removing it thanks

    Have only HijackThis running and fix :

    R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497} - (no file)

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [system32.dll] C:\WINDOWS\system\systeminit.exe

    O9 - Extra button: Research (HKLM)

    O16 - DPF: {65E7DB1D-0101-4100-BD66-C5C78C917F93} - http://install.wildtangent.com/bgn/...lim/install.cab

    Restart PC after doing so and remove :

    C:\WINDOWS\system\systeminit.exe <- this file
    C:\WINDOWS\sstyle.css <- this file

    After doing so download and run :

    CWShredder

    Open -> fix -> click 'next'

    it seems the list2004 thing is gone i ran cwshredder before i saw this post and it removed all the stuff for me, but its still having the effects of the list2004 thing by saying forbidden on many sites i try to access
