Well the first picture I do understand (pointing to the display), but the second picture is puzzling me where you are pointing somewhere in the space in front of you with both hands in pistol shape (did you make a case for 'air trouble shooting' as a variant of 'air guitar playing' on the tunes of 'the final count down' of Europe)

 

It's a sweet. I'm handing out sweets to people in the audience if they participate, ask questions and/or answer them.
It's a good way of keeping everyone awake, especially if you hurl the candy at high speed.
