    Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to run a live linux cd on a chromebook and if so how is it and does it run well? And is it much more difficult than doing so in Windows?

I also a video of Crouton on a chromebook and it seemed really fast. Has anyone used that and if you have how is it? And how does it compare to dual booting on a windows machine? From what I read it seems that Crouton uses the same underlying structure as the Chrome OS and if that is accurate if using it are the systems separate and private? I only saw Crouton for Ubuntu but can other linux be done this way?

    Thanks.
