    its look great i am goona download it today

    have you tested it yet does it has same problem with pulse audio as ubuntu 9.10 does ?

    I've been using it (in VirtualBox) since RC1 was released and only installed the final a short while ago. Have been very impressed, like it a lot. Haven't tried Ubuntu 9.10 so can't comment on pulse audio.

    i dont normally try distros based on ubuntu but I thought I would give linuxmint a go.
    I like the levels of updates. 1 means well tested two is less tested etc.

    the linux mint package management is nice to. it shows you the programs in catorogies that users are likely to look under and also has recommended packages which is a nice touch. It has synaptic as well.

    but overall it is just ubuntu with some adjusts to make it easier and more refined.
