License renewal problem

    Greetings,

    My license expires tomorrow. I have gone to the ESET webpage to renew having allowed cookies and javascripts. While I am able to select the renewal package I want--1 year of NOD32--I cannot get beyond that point. Clicking on the Proceed to Checkout button does nothing.

    Any assistance would be highly appreciated.

    Thank you, but I am really not interested in having to open an account with yet another supplier. The process should be simplicity itself assuming ESET cares about retaining customers.

    What browser are you using? Try IE if some other is used. Also what site are trying?

    I had been using Firefox and the website http://go.eset.com/us/renew?... as opened directly via the ESET GUI link.

    Use of IE did resolve the problem at least to the point that I have received a confirmation from ESET. But what an annoyance!

    After entering user name and email address for renewal, why does it take you to Eset smart security with no option to renew AV5o_O?
