License question regarding Spywareblaster

    Hi, I couldn't figure out where to ask this, so I'm counting on you guys.

    Ok, so the following are qualified to use Spywareblaster for free:

    " * Individuals (for personal and educational use)
    * Public libraries
    * Registered charities
    * Elementary or secondary schools
    * Degree-granting undergraduate and post-graduate community colleges, colleges, and universities"

    The place I work for is a non-profit research facility. Does it violate the license agreement if the people here use Spywareblaster for personal use in their work-PC's?
