Latest nforce ethernet card not supported on TI Rescue disc

The latest nforce ethernet card:
nforce 550/570/590 MCP55 (Vendor id 0373)
is not supported on the rescue boot media for ti workstation.
The forcedeth driver in the latest linux kernels (2.6.17.13 atleast) supports it.

when will you upgrade the kernel on the rescue disc?

Please make sure you use the latest build, which is available on our web site. To get access to updates you should first register Acronis software.
Please recreate your Acronis Bootable Media after installing of the latest build.

If the problem persists with the latest build, please create Windows System Information and Linux System Information (sysinfo.txt) as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

Please submit a request for technical support. Provide the files and information collected in your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

Please also note that a possible workaround is to use BartPE based CD allowing one to boot the computer into a Windows-like environment adding the appropriate drivers for any hardware devices installed in the computer at startup.
