Laptop computer configuration

Hi all,

My sister-in-law is buying a new laptop to take to school with her. She is studying to be a teacher at King's College (UWO).

Here is the specs that she wants to order. She is pretty much at her money limit, but I thought that maybe there was someone who had a suggestion as I have never purchased a laptop.

BTW she is buying a Dell and this is not going to change.
