Keriver 1 click restore = Trojan?

  1. That's what I get when trying to install it, Multiple AV's have flagged it as a trojan. Plus Keriver's website has links/inbedded javascript that is also blocked.

    What gives? False positive?

    Are you installing from the redirected to CNETS.
     
  3. From the main Keriver webpage, I think it's a false positive.

    Oh OK I know the CNET installer gets flagged as it happen to me.Not sure about the direct install from Keriver.

    Thats a good question as it gets directed to sucky CNET or SOFTPEDIA which is the better of the two options as I dont see a direct download from author.

    Anyone know of a clean download site that doesn't incl. built-in browser hijacking like CNET?

    Keriver 1-Click Restore is no Trojan. Definitely a fp.;)
