    Thanks for your information:) .

Jiangmin has its own engine,it's the oldest vendor in China. But I haven't known its feature which differs from other vendors' products.

Anyone tested the previous version and how it performs against malware?
    Is it decent enough?

The linked test results were surprisingly good.
Jiangmin is interesting in that it appears to have a lot of configuration options which is something that I appreciate.
    Anyone running it?

    That was my main question.

    @ guest

    That's for the links.
I'm aware of those testings and how performed Jiangmin.
I see that many people are willing to test/use Rising, so i was more curious if anyone else has tried this personally, and if someone from the forum has throw some malware and what are the findings.

Except Rising no other Chinese AV seems to have attention(or has been tested anywhere reliable) here or any other place. It would be nice to see how these AV's are performing.
    I'm just curious.

I haven't been able to find a download for anything but a trial version or I'd be game for trying it.
Rising gets attention for it's free version. I don't believe that Jiangmin has a free version.

An antivirus software from china. most improtant is that jiangmin is the oldest vendor in china .Depend on Low-keyed style, stable searching. though the comprehencenive performace of jiangmin 2009 is not very good.but i believe that jiangmin will improve it ,menwhile will add some new elements.rising internet security 2010 has been made people with deep impression. so did jiangmin
