Jdbgmgr - A Virus?

I was told that (by an untrustworthy source) that the file Jdbgm is a virus. I did a search for this, and Jdbgmgr came up instead. There is a little bear that appears next to this file. Did a virus scan on it with Norton, and it seemed fine. Does anybody know anything about this?

Click on search on the left side of that page., and fill in jdbgmgr, you will find then the info you need.
