JavaCoolSoftware Ignores my emails!

    I made a mistake of making a PayPal donation when what I had intended to do was pay for the AutoUpdate subscription. Upon receiving a Thank You note from JavaCoolSoftware for the payment of $10 (Donation), I sent at least 10 emails to javacoolsoftware@hotmail.com but each time my email bounced.

    Then I found another email on the site autoupdatesupport@javacoolsoftware.com repeated the same effort in trying to establish contact with somebody but to NO AVAIL. All I want is for someone in the organisation to manually change the DONATION to a Subscription for a year's worth of Auto Updates. Not the most difficult task I'd imagine.

    Your emails might have bounced - happens more often unfortunately. Javacool no doubt will address your issue.
