    Few Questions:

1.Can ISP know about what websites/URL I visit if I am on a SOCKS proxy or lets say on a SSL/anonymous/transparent proxy(if it matters in anyway)? If not then what would they see in their logs because I am connecting to proxy through them only?

    2. Which DNS server will be used when using proxy.ISP default DNS,proxy DNS or OpenDNS server(if used in network settings)? And can ISP log websites visited through DNS requests?

If the connection is not encrypted, they can see everything. Maybe the websites that you visit will see the proxy IP, but your ISP will see everything.....unless you use a VPN.
