Is this where I request a refund?

    I have sent requests to info@ and sales@acronis.com for a refund for TI 7 server refund, and it's within 30 days of purchase.
    But I have no response after 4 days...
    Is it better to request refund in this forum?

    Please advise...my boss is getting pissed.

    No it is no good requesting a refund here.

    We are only ueser of Acronis Software here asking and trying to give help with problems.
