Is Hotspot related to VPNMonster? (fraud)

    About the same time my use of Hotspot increased for browsing, no transactions, a bill showed up on my credit card from VPNMonster which turns out to be fraud. I find both the timing and name interesting. The fraud part no so much so. Anyone else using Hotspot have this issue?
