Tonight i have just installed the new Microsoft Antispyware product and after a scan it is clear it does not like flashget at all, as every aspect including the registry keys it has deleated.

Now flashget is the only download manager that i seem to like i have tried others but they do not compare to flashget so obviously i dont want to get rid of it unless its absolutly neccissary.

So can i ask is flashget dangerous (spyware wise) or is it just not liking something minor about it.

So can i ask in a nutshell would you recommend i keep it or not?

    Thanks
    Anthony

I don't know why it would do that to flashget? but the microsoft antispyware is supposed to be a pretty good program. I use it and like it pretty well. you might want to check here and scroll to bottom of page. It seems that MSASW does detect flashget as a dangerous program.
