Is duckduckgo.com safe?

    I thought duckduckgo.com was a safe and legitimate search engine, but now F-Secure internet security 2013 has started displaying a message indicating it is a harmful website whenever I click on any links from a duckduckgo.com search.
    F-Secure allows me to access the main duckduckgo.com website without any alerts shown it is just the links from searches that cause the problem.
    Is this an F-Secure screw-up or is it genuinely a dodgy website?

    Used it a couple of times this morning without any issues, I use Avast 8 IS.
