I'm running KIS6 which has intrusion detection, and it seems to work fairly well. Whenever there is a network attack, it notifies me and gives me the IP and sometimes it can be traced to an actual phone # and address, not that I actually call it as most are in the countries of the former USSR. Lately , I have not noticed any alerts, so I checked the Network monitor and ran some random IPs against MyNetwatchman.com and found a few potential suspects, but KIS, Adaware and Trend MicroAS comes clean. Has anyone " out there" tried Nortons Antibot? I haven't been able to read any user reviews of it. I don't want to download a program that would " clash" with my antivirus/firewall. Too new I guess. Any other suggestions would be appriciated.
