I prefer individual security programs, they fit my needs better since it's like making my own security suite, and I get to try out more programs trying to find a good setup.

I run my own customized SUITE, so my answer would be none of the above.

Awhile back i did like Kaspersky because it proved light plus effective but HIPS/Sandboxing and other alternative measures quickly drowned out any need for me to depend on any pure IS Suite.

I used ZAAS in the past and have since switched to the layered approach of individual apps. OA firewall, NOD32 AV, BOClean, AVG AS, Superantispyware (on demand), Returnil.

    Hi,

I have installed NIS 08 (90 days trial) and it is working great.

So my choices are KIS and NIS.

    No suite at all.
I used to work with Norton Internet Security, but these days I only use NOD32 (2.7) and no software firewall.
I usually advise Kaspersky or Norton when people are asking for help :).

On some of my OS partitions I use Norton Internet Suite 2008 and the only complaint I have is that there is no quick "exit Norton" capability as many programs want all applications to be shut off during installation.

It is a pain turning off each individual service.
