I have a machine with integraded HD3000 graphics, and Process Explorer shows 3 Intel processes without ASLR(igfxtray.exe, igfxpers.exe and hkcmd.exe). I used the graphics driver offered by Windows update. After installing the latest drives from Intel(released Jun 2015) there is still no ASLR.
This article here (http://www.bit-tech.net/news/hardware/2012/06/08/amd-windows-security/1) says that Intel works fine with ASLR, though that doesn't have to mean that it is actually using it of course. But Nvidia has been using ASLR for a while, and AMD as well after the discovered incompatibility with EMET. So it seems strange to me that 3 years later, Intel still uses processes without it.
