Installing antivirus

    i dont have antivirus on my laptop . i want to install Avast or AVG it. but the site doesnt open ... even techguy.org doesnt open on any of my browser ... is my laptop infected? ... How do i install antivirus ? plz help

    If none of the AV web sites open for you, yes then you are probably infected. My guess might be some tdss variant as they have been popular lately.
