Installation problem

    I tried to install the latest version of NOD32 after purchase on my XP OS system. I got this message:

    The installation package is into supported not supported by this processor type. Contact your product vendor.

    Could someone email me at sanbio - yahoo.com and tell me what I need to do? I am a first time buyer and user of NOD32.

    Do you use the 32 or 64-bit version of Windows XP? What url did you download the installer from?
