Install problems with Version 10.

I just wanted to install True Image Home 10 , but I got the following error message:
"The Installation was interrupted before Acronis True Image Home could be installed. You need to restart the installer to try again."
The same message came after a second try, third try, fourth,....

I have deleted all reg. entries, deleted all temp files, loaded and ran the checksum program, install with log and send into Acronis... I have deleted previous versions...wish I had not done that...., remove secuity zone

Tried installing to local harddrive, external harddrive. try changing the secuity settings...

It has been over a week now without a backup and I need my backups....

Any help would be appreciated...
