Inside my computer is dusty lol ?????

I don't know. I vacuum often as I have birds in my office. There is much dust. I never had a problem with static. I have 3 computers here as well. It's a little humid up here though as it rains often. As I said, this isn't a normal household vacuum cleaner as there's an outlet in the garage. Being a wet/dry, some spills in garage tend to be combustible.
*you are correct about static and vacuum cleaners though

 

Why not install some passive air intake filters on your computer. They will prevent the dust from getting in. Once they get dirty, just take them off and replace them. Check out www.pcprofilters.com for more info
