What is your solution for incremental secure web backup?

That is, I want to backup my files online, securely. And I dont want the web hosting service to know about my data.
One option is SpiderOak (but they are not open source, and they are new).

Another option is to encrypt locally and then backup the encrypted data.
AFAIK Truecrypt would not work for this purpose (considering I only want to upload the incremental stuff).

One option I'm exploring is using Duplicity, and hosting the new encrypted diff files on SpiderOak/DropBox.

You may wish to consider Areca Backup for local incremental backup, as long as you don't need to backup open files.
