Could you try rebooting to see if that helps?

    Thanks!

Since some versions Flash has protected mode for Firefox which uses a low rights process if I'm correct called FlashPlayerPlugin_11_4_402_265.exe (name of course depends on installed version) located on 64 bit in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash. Perhaps it has no internet access in the firewall or you could try adding it to Identity Shield protected applications and then set it to allow. If I'm correct you are then granting the process access to applications protected by Identity Shield.

That's the location is for the 32bit version of Flash see here for the location of the 64bit version: https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showpost.php?p=2107400&postcount=22

    Hello all,

I was notified by Webroot Technical Support that they have been able to reproduce this problem, so I at least now know it is a compatibility problem instead of something unique to my system.

Joe - I tried after a reboot but the problem still exists, thanks.

    Joe,

Thanks for the help from from both you and the Webroot Technical Support team. You are the best as always. Again, I am sorry as coming off with a rant as to the misinterpretation of your post.

One thing, though, I would like to see with the support team. They always sign their replies with just "Webroot Threat Team". It would be nice if they gave a name, even if a nickname (first name only of course), so we would know whom we were dealing with each time. There have been time I think I have dealt with someone before and it would be nice to know. Also, some of your team goes so much above and beyond at times, it would be nice to be able to acknowledge that fact. Just an idea and it does bring support to an even bit more personal level.

    Hello all,

This is a bit off topic but still pertains to PM64. Within the last two or three versions of WRSA, the cleaner section has started detecting PM64 as Chrome and not removing any of PM64's files. I have never had Chrome on this machine. Prior to the last two or three versions, the cleaner has always detected PM64 as Firefox/Mozilla and cleaned PM64's files properly. I have no idea how it is detecting Chrome on my system as there is no way I know of of any remnant of Chrome existing since it has never been installed on this machine.

I'll take a look at this as well - thanks!

No worries - you can always ask our support team for a name for a compliment. I think it's just down to personal preference for if they want to give a name by default.

puff-m-d, I suggest you give Waterfox a try, at least while they are trying to figure it out :) then you can go back to Pale Moon.

It works fine with WSA and it's also a x64 Firefox!
