ID blaster vs WinAmp

ID blaster vs Task Manager

Recently i installed the ID blaster,Spyblaster,spyguard ectect ( all worked well so far) I recieve a few errors on bootup once in awhile but my system is very tweaked ( a programmer way of saying twisted)
The one thing I did notice was that my TaskManger (cltr+del+alt) no longer is functional.
Is this because of one these ...and is there a way to enable it

sounds like u tweaked too much lol, try system file checker (backup any "Hacked" files such as a patched uxtheme.dll if u have 1)

start > run > paste the following code in RUN
