    Hello,..
and thanks for such excellent software(s) in TrueImage7 but i'm having much trouble accessing its powerful functions.
I downloaded/installed the demo from "http://www.ntsweden.se/ftp/Produkter/acronis/trueimage7.0_s_en.exe" and after going thru many cd-r's I learned a DirectCD cd-r format is required else i'd recieve the error msg's "device is busy" with a cd-r in drive and "Failed to write to image archive file. A possible reason could be poor media quality." after i "proceed" to create (C) partition image.
The "Image Archive Splitting" screen never appears so i cannot create a “spanned volume” and am not asked for
new CDs during processing. So as a result many cd-r's were made corrupt from Acronis estimating and trying to
write a 1.76 gig, 3 CD image to only ONE CD.
    SYSTEM:
    running Acronis TrueImage 7.0,
on a Dual P3 450, with 3 drives as stripped-set under Disk Administrator,
    in Windows NT4 SP6a,
    with a HP8100 CD Burner.
I am trying to backup first, 4gig (C) partition image to 3 spanned CD-R's at 1.76 gig which TrueImage estimates.
Any help is appreciated, Please reply suggestions or instructions at your earliest possible convenience,..thanks much.
    Jeff

    Hello Jeff --

Thank you for taking the time to contact us and for your interest in Acronis
    True Image (http://www.acronis.com/products/trueimage/)!

Please try to update your software first to the latest build, which is available here - http://www.acronis.com/files/trueimage7.0_s_en.exe

If this won't help, please send the screenshots describing your problem (namely that the screen where you can split the archive is missing).

    Thank you.
