I have a major problem with Trojan horse Startpage 19.J Please Help!!!

    I have just turned on my laptop and every time I click on the Internet Explorer Icon I get an AVG pop up telling me that I have the above virus.When I click on the option to delete the file it says it was done successfully but when i click on it again the same happens.Also, I get another pop up entitled RUNDLL which says 'Error loading C:\DOCUME~1\JULES\LOCALS~1\Temp\se.dll

    Any detailed instructions on how to get rid of this would be greatly appreciated.I'm not very good with computers so I need some help!!!
