I can't clean everything off of it. I tried Ad-aware SE, Spybot 1.4, ewido 4.0, spywareblaster has everything enabled, windows defender is on it with real time enabled. I everything but spybot and ewido come up clean. I can't delete or quarintine anything that these 2 find and its the same thing. I need to find something that can get rid of it. I tried going to the main admin account and scanning but nope still can't get rid of it. If i have to im going to resort to hijack this.

Did you try scanning in safe mode?

I'd recommend SuperAntispyware also, it cleaned up my friend's computer really well...

I've given up using any antispyware software to completely clean a system.

Most used cleaning technique I've used:
Go to System32 folder, switch to detailed view, order the files by Date Modified. Then more often that not, you will see newly modified files with gibberish names which can be deleted with Unlocker or Pocket Killbox (easily recognizable depending on how skilled you are).

    Brute Force Uninstaller too.

You could also get some professional help by posting a hijackThis at TomCoyote.

Once you are sure you have all the spyware removed, you may want to consider trying a different browser, such as Firefox or IE7, both free; to prevent (or reduce the chance of) spyware/adware getting on to your laptop in the future. :)

My brother can't be saved from the evil

    Hi cheater87!
I remember me very well your previous posts about your brother's "bad behavior" on the computer and your negative considerations about his "nonmoral attitude".
This thread included, i count 'till yet 6 threads from your hand about your brother and you, the thread in which you asked for help to crack the password of your brother's account included.
Small reminder: the first thread about your brother was started by you on dec.21st, 2005.

I propose, you rename the title of your tread in: "my brother can't be saved from the evil".

    My advice: leave the humbug.
