how to submit a file to threatfire?

how to submit a file to threatfire? not by installing it(i dont have installed it in my pc.),
last time i did it but i dont remember the address or email.

 

Do you have a file that slipped past TF's behavioral detection?

Zip it up with a password, and use the support page to send it as an attachment to the support team.

 

i dont have installed it on my pc.
some months back i had it and when it was unable to find some malware, someone from this forum only suggested to submit the sample to them via email, i think it was somthing like 'threatexpert' email id.
i really want to submit a file to them because they will test it and inreturn send a file to us regarding that sample like what it actually creates and what it disables(in registry also),and to what ip address that file will call to.
