    Hi,

    I want the search bar and the HomePage icon/bar in Firefox to be removed. I don't use those. So it's better to remove them.

    How do I do that?

    Best Wishes,
    Iron Man

    Alt, View, Toolbars, Customize should give you a new window.Drag whatever you don't want onto that window.

    As vasa1 said.

    If your looking to remove the whole bar these things are on, View, Toolbars, unselect the Navigation Bar.

    And, depending on just how neurotic one is, there's stuff like:
    Code:
    #appmenu-button, #nav-bar, #go-button, #identity-box,
    .autocomplete-history-dropmarker.urlbar-history-dropmarker, #alltabs-button,
    #appmenu-toolbar-button, #titlebar-buttonbox,
    #stylish-toolbar-button > .toolbarbutton-menu-dropmarker { display: none !important}
    #context-openlink, #context-bookmarklink, #context-setWallpaper, #context-setDesktopBackground,
    #context-viewimage, #context-blockimage, #context-back, #context-forward,
    #context-stop, #context-sendpage, #context-sendlink, #context-sendimage,
    #context-undo { display: none !important}

    und so weiter

    :thumb: Good move, I hate the search bar. Being able to get rid of it is one of the reasons that I love Firefox.

    Iron Man, yeah you can ignore all that - it's totally meaningless off topic nonsense; probably posted by us to relieve the tedium of another so-so day in the year.
    Firefox is a great browser choice.

    Regards
