    Hi all,

I'm currently trying one of my occasional (and always unsuccessful) forays into Linux (Ubuntu 9.10 x64 this time).

Trying to install the NOD32 for Linux Desktop beta, but I can't get it to install, it just says "there is no application installed for linux executable files".

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'm a total idiot when it comes to Linux o_O

    thanks

Hmm, guess there hasn't been much interest in the Linux Desktop beta. I figured it out with help from Ubuntu Forums in the end, all you have to do is right-click the installer > Properties > tick the box which says 'allow this file to be run as executable.
