    Hi Djilali,

To create a packet with Colasoft Packet Builder,
    1. On the user interface, click Add to add a pattern packet.
    2. On the Add Packet box, choose the packet template. It could be an ARP packet, IP packet, TCP packet, or UDP packet.
    3. After adding a packet, click any interested field to make modifications.
    4. After the modifications, click Export to save the packet.

Instead of using template packets, you can also click Import to import an existing packet to make modifications.

    Hi,

All fields of a packet can be modified with Colasoft Packet Builder.
As for a specific field, it depends on your need.
For example, if you need to generate an ARP packet, you could add/insert an ARP packet, modify source and destination MAC/IP address, and ARP type fields.
If you need to generate an TCP packet, you could add/insert an TCP packet, modify fields including source and destination MAC/IP address, ID, IP flags, TTL, source and destination port, TCP flags, and so on.
In a word, all modifications are based on your need. There are no fixed modifications.

Hi Raghav10026, if there is no adapter, please right-click on the program icon, and then click "Run as administrator" to start Colasoft Packet Builder.
If there are still no adapters after trying method above, please contact with support@colasoft.com
