How long for activation email

    I received the purchase email right away but still haven't gotten the activation email and it's been about an hour. Is this normal?

    Do you mean you haven't received an email with your username and password yet? If so, what distributor / website did you purchase the product through?

    Marcos, that is correct. I received the email about the purchase but didn't receive the email with the username and password. I did the purchase through the eset website.

    From past experience, it can take up to a day to receive the license details.
