How is Norton 360?

    Better yet, if you are a Comcast customer you could get Norton 360 v4 for free.

    I would suggest trying Acronis True Image, personally. A far more complete solution than norton 360 for backup IMO. I'm not a huge fan of norton, even lately, however NIS + Acronis would be a better solution than 360. I have heard of people having problems with true image though, so try their trial first just to be safe.

    Yes, I still have the Comcast version on two of the three computers because it's better for my parents, who want solid protection with minimal interference.

    Does all Windows 7 versions have the back-up feature? What do other back-up solutions have that the Windows 7 one does not?

    May you share with the forum why you decided so , why you changed your opinion ? Norton are great and unless you have some very specific technical problem that can't be fixed there is reason not to use it.

    I was going to buy Norton 360 because it has the backup/restore features.
    NIS 2010 was not part of my plan. I am not buying it because I thought it would be a better idea to try some more products just to be sure.
    In conclusion, its because of money $$$$. :'(

    I have Comcast but I only see NIS 2010 available for dowload
