   i just installed PIS 2010 and am trying for 30 minutes to activate the product online. it says something like this
   error code
   0005:0002
   what can i do ?

   Your registration key should be registered to the Mail that you used to register when installing Panda IS to get update. If it's different you have to change it to the one of the key.
