How does MeGUI work?

    I just downloaded this and unzipped the package. When I click MeGUI.exe nothing happens. It makes an error noise but there's no message. I downloaded it from two different sources so I don't think it's the download.

    Never mind, .NET Crapwork is required. :mad:
