I like block the MSN Messenger in the employments computer, How can do ?

even if you block it using one of the above methods there are always alternatives
the online e-messenger for ex. does the same thing

You need to do restrictions in their profiles through gpedit for ex.
for xp pro start>run
gpedit.msc

I opened the file and it seems all its contents are in english

I do a search for sysoc.inf then when it opens remove all the words HIDE or hide then save the changes. Go into Control Panel Add/Remove then Add/Remove Windows components. Messanger and a few other things that might be unwanted will be there and then you can uninstall them. That`s one of the first things I do after I install a new windows system.

ps. You`ll have to be able to seach for hidden files checked.
