How apply overpayment for DD to True IMage?

How do I go about applying an overpayment for Disk Director toward purchase of True Image?

Today I received Acronis Email offering me free upgrade of DD 9 to DD10.........because I bought DD9 last few days.

However, I already PAID an upgrade fee online for DD 10 last night when it was just released. I didn't know then that I would be offered it for free today.

Maybe I wish to apply that money I paid for the upgrade (an overpayment)...toward purchase of True Image. How do I do this? Who do I call or email?
