Hotmail freezer prog

Hey

I fighted with someone over th net not long ago , ever since my msn nd hotmail were frozen ..in other words I got th msg :

" uv been trying to sign in too many unsuccesful times ,contact ur passport support "

Since I never tried to sign in that much , i searched for a solution
which was hijackthis by fixing th following item nd restarting th pc :

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{2B8D2ED5-72A3-4938-9F10-42CBB6921572}: NameServer = 1.2.3.4 1.2.3.4

But either th person keep on freezing my account or smthng else I dnt really know about !
So each time iv got to do th same old thing , fixing nd restarting ...

Am searching for an ultimate solution
