helppppppp pleeeeeeease:)

whenever i switch on my pc, in my computers,no matter which drive i clicked open, there's always a file called"winfile",the thing is when i double clicked it,nothing happened..and if i deleted it...after 2mins it would appear again,its not only appearing in one drive, it also appear in every other drives that i have. and if i enter Ctrl,Alt,del. it would say: winfile is running, the only way to close it is to close it from there. and if i did, now i check all the other drives, the winfile will not be there anymore.

can i please ask what can i do to stop this winfile running also is it a virus, coz i have to close that file down everytime i switch on my pc..

i checked with many other anti virus software, but nothing seems to be wrong
