When I run Norton, the following programs will not allow Norton to delete them (it says "delete failed"): Dc1.exe, Dc2.exe, Dc4.exe, and Dc5.exe, preInsTT.exe, twaintec.dll, websearch.exe, and websearch_cao.exe. It says they are possible threats, under the names of "Adware.StatBlaster, Adware.Binet, and Adware.Websearch". I found all of them on the hard drive, and was able to delete all except "twaintec.dll", which is in the following location: "C:\WINDOWS\twaintec.dll". I left them in the recycle bin, not knowing if permanently deleting them can damage my computer in some way? What can I do to fix this?? Can I go ahead and delete the files out of my recycle bin?

Also, I have run Spybot and AdAware, but cannot get rid of several programs, including DSO Exploit and CleverIEHooker.Jeired. I ran HiJackThis, and here is the log:

    Hello snoflake400,

Download CWShredder Click on update, then close all browsers, and then click on Fix, not scan.

Reboot the computer into safe mode

Make sure you can view all hidden files and folders

Run Hijackthis again and check these items and then on Fix:

    O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [TV Media] C:\Program Files\TV Media\Tvm.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\RunOnce: [TV Media] C:\Program Files\TV Media\Tvm.exe

Find and delete these files/folders: (if you don't find them, that is ok)

    C:\Program Files\TV Media ..............Folder

Reboot the computer and post a new log here.
