    Hi ipeachey,

Your log is showing several viruses (Blaster, Agobot, could be others there).

First, create a permanent folder on your C: drive and move HijackThis into it. Do not put HijackThis in the Temp folders or on your Desktop as backups there will be easily lost.

Boot your computer into safe mode by tapping the F8 key just before Windows begins to load.

Then with only HijackThis open, put a check beside the following items.
Make sure ALL windows/browsers are closed (except HijackThis) and click *Fix checked:

    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,CustomizeSearch =
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000221} - C:\Program Files\ClearSearch\CSIE.DLL (file missing)
    O2 - BHO: NAV Helper - {BDF3E430-B101-42AD-A544-FADC6B084872} - (no file)
    O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {42CDD1BF-3FFB-4238-8AD1-7859DF00B1D6} - (no file)

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [www.hidro.4t.com ] enbiei.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [COM+ System Applications] lsas.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [RunDLL] rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\System32\bridge.dll",Load
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [fash] C:\WINDOWS\fash.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [COM+ System Applications] lsas.exe

    O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} (RdxIE Class) - http://software-dl.real.com/15dc0f8...ip/RdxIE601.cab

I am suspicious of this one too. If you do not know what it is, then include it to be fixed along with the above.
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Network Services] netsvc.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Network Services] netsvc.exe

While still in safe mode, find and delete the following highlighted in bold:
    C:\Program Files\ClearSearch
    C:\WINDOWS\fash.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\bridge.dll

You will have to do a search of your hard drive for these to files.
    enbiei.exe
    lsas.exe

Could you also navigate to the Windows System32 folder and zip up a copy of the nvsvc32.exe and submit it to Pieter Arntz for analysis.
You can find his email addy in his Profile, Here (scroll down and look under Additional Information). Please Include a brief message and a link back to this thread so he will be able to find it easily. Thank you.

Then upload the netsvc.exe file to Kaspersky for a scan.

    -----
Then go to as quick as you can to Microsoft's Update Site and download and install SP1 and ALL Critical Updates listed for XP and IE6 or you'll be reinfected again.

Finally, go to one of these on-line virus scan sites and do a FULL system scan: Free Services

I am not seeing a firewall running. You should enable XP's Firewall.

Repost a new hijackthis log so we can check it and include the scan results from Kaspersky for the netsvc.exe file.

    Regards,

    snap

You may want to print this out or save it to a .txt file, so you will have them to read in safe mode
