help in deactivating license

    prevxhelp, pls help me in deactivating my license in another computer. im a software developer, im trying to see the scanning results of prevx in another system because it does not seem to find malwares that i know exists in the other system. now, i want to return it to the system that it is supposed to be installed. now i cant deactivate it. can u help? i got my license and cleverbridge reference number. if you need it i can email it to you. i dont wanna be typing in any licenses in here....immediate help will mostly be welcomed....thx!

    Send an email to report@prevxresearch.com with the link to this thread and put For Joe in the Subject line as they will know it is for him! Or what I do most times is visit there support inbox and they will help you there within 24 hours! http://info.prevx.com/service.asp

    yep, this is what i do.

    ive found it to be the quickest option in general, Joe isnt always available on the other end (although hes very good, hes still just one guy), while general support usually offers a response super quick, plus i like how all support questions are saved if from the same email source. (i think this is still the case) :thumb:

    i just click support within the Prevx 3.0 GUI and it gets me to where i want to go. :argh:

    lol, im sure alot of others do also.

    but its much more easier than remembering emails/website links :)
