Help! How do I get rid of cool search??

HI! My home page keeps changing on my computer and I've tried to remove cool search by running CWSearch shredder and it keeps coming back. Is there any other way of getting rid of it? If someone could help me or provide direction on instructions to get rid of this bloody thing I'd be so appreciative!
