Help ------ format = new installation

    Hi,
    I'm reformating my computer and I'm trying to install Smart Security (the latest version) and during the installation (around ¾ of the way), it says that it is installing the drivers but nothing moves or no sound from the hard drive. After 20 minutes, I'm still at that screen. I can't cancel the install and it looks like the computer is frozen.

    So I press the RESET button to restart the computer and it hangs at the Window XP screen with the curser moving left to right. It does not boot to windows. I can boot to Safe Mode and that's it.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Help.

    Try running this uninstall tool in safe mode before you install ESS from scratch.
